Advantages:

Квартира свежая, очень чистая, приятная хозяйка.

Disadvantages:

Ор соседей алкашей, утром около 7 утра такой ор, как будто у вас перед кроватью и все на чистом Руском (одним отборным матом). Поэтому запасайтесь берушами, не рекомендую заезжать с детьми.
